Switch from winter time to summer time

Siemens (VDO) Tachograph

1. Enter the main menu by pressing OK.
2. Press down the arrow and go into vehicle settings.
3. Accept by pressing OK.
4. Continue down the menu until you reach "Local Time".
5. Accept by pressing OK.
6. The local time can be adjusted by half an hour at a time, therefore press twice on the arrow. Set after UTC time.
7. At daylight saving time, increase with one hour.
8. Approve with OK and the Tachograph local time is now adjusted to daylight saving time.

Note: Setting UTC time can be done in the next menu setting. However, here you can only set a maximum of 1 minute back and forth.

If the UTC time is more than 20 minutes wrong, it is necessary to visit a tachograph workshop to get it properly set.

Stoneridge Tachograph

1. Enter the main menu by pressing the bent arrow, far right. (OK button for other models)
2. Press the arrows to find the "options menu" and press ENTER (Bent Arrow from Before)
3. Press down on the arrows until you find "Local Time".
4. The local time can be adjusted by half an hour at a time, therefore press twice on the arrow. Set after UTC time.
5. At daylight saving time, increase with one hour.
6. Press Enter and the Tachograph local time are now adjusted to daylight saving time.
