TachoCollect is a small sister product for our TachoManagement, which we have developed based on a desire from our customers to be able to be reminded of deadlines other than just readings and expiration of driver cards/company cards.
TachoCollect can be used in many different ways and can be incorporated into your company right where you need to either store a lot of physical documents online or need to be reminded when something needs to be renewed/taken a position on or the like.
All in one place
TachoCollect can be the focal point for all important documents that are otherwise around and all sorts of different places. Maybe most of it's in binders in the office?
Two groups have been pre-entered: vehicles and employees. In addition, you can add all the folders you need.
If you wish and have a subscription to Tachografservice, we can add all your drivers and vehicles created in Management.
Then you can then add their certificates, birthday or whatever you want to be reminded of.
You can also create several different folders such as fire extinguishers, cranes, buildings, elevators and much more.
