Download methods
There are 3 different ways to downlod data from tachographs and driver cards:
Automatic download by a download box
With a download box installed behind the vehicle´s digital tachograph, you will automatically have your data from driver card and tachograph transferred to our server.
We work with a wide range of manufacturers and can download data directly from most systems.
Manual download by a download key
A download key with integrated driver card reader allows you to download data directly from driver cards and tachograph onto the key. You can therefore do the job directly at the office/in the company.
We install a small service on your PC which then transfers tachograph data directly to our server while the key is plugged into a PC via USB input.
When data lands on our server after a few minutes, you will receive the analysis reports by email.

Manual download at public stations
Tachographservice has a large network of download stations distributed throughout Denmark. Here you can download data from both driver cards and tachograph.
If you opt out of hardware purchases
(Automatic download box or download key),
you can always download your data at one of our many download stations free of charge.
We have more than 50 stations around the country where you can download driver cards and tachographs whenever you wish and within the legal deadlines.
You'll also get a text reminder when it's time to download data.
